These terms will govern your use of Sustys — the accounts you create, what the service does, and the limits of our responsibility.
The service
The final wording is being prepared with our legal adviser. This page describes the intended scope; it is not yet a binding version.
Sustys computes CBAM certificate costs from your customs data and produces registry-ready reports. It does not calculate carbon or emissions data on your behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your sign-in secure.
Acceptable use
Your use is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Liability
The binding limitation-of-liability wording is pending legal review.
